Nepal will be able to play the women's Asia Cup cricket tournament. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the schedule of the Asia Cup to be held in Dambulla, Sri Lanka in July, giving Nepal and Thailand a chance to play in the Asia Cup.

Group 'A' of the tournament to be held from July 19 to 28 includes India, Pakistan and UAE along with Nepal. Group B consists of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Thailand. Nepal will play group stage matches against Pakistan on July 19, UAE on July 21 and India on July 23.
