Citizen Life Insurance Company has released the process of taking KYC through video from May 9. When insuring people living abroad, all the necessary details including the e-application declaration form will be received through the agent portal.
To make the KYC system more effective, the company has introduced the concept of video KYC. After the proposed insured submits all the necessary details through the agent portal, After doing this, after filling the necessary details in the e-application declaration form, it should be scanned and uploaded to the offer registered through online.
Proposed insured will have to make a video about his KYC on a topic determined by the company and send it to Citizen Life . The company claims that the video KYC service will make it easier for insurance agents to do business.
