Vagmati became the first in male/female 4 x 100 meter relay . Among the students, Madhesh was second and Sudurpaschim was third. Among girls, Gandaki came second and Sudurpaschim came third.

Sukvir Pokharel from Far West won the gold in javelin throw. He threw the javelin 52.16 meters . Lumbini's Rahul Tharu was second and Ravi Chaudhary was third. Karnali's Sarita Bick won the gold in the women's category. She threw 31.54 meters . Pooja Saud from Sudurpaschi won silver and Divyakala Tharu from Lumbini won bronze.

Ramesh Tharu of Lumbini won the gold by jumping 6.64 meters in long jump students. Sunny Choudhary of Sudurpaschim came second and Ashish Mahar came third. Gandaki beat Karnali by 25-20, 25-27, 15-8 and won 25-20, 25-22 over Sudurpaschim. Gandaki, who suffered the only loss in the group, became the runner-up . On the first day of Taekwondo at the Taekwondo Hall in Satdobato, Wagmati won 3 golds out of 7 golds. Koshi has won 2, Madhesh and Karnali 1-1 gold .

Sargam Thapa won gold in student single poomsae, Supriya Bajgai won gold under 42 kg and Karan Dhauli won gold in student under 51 kg . Sanjal Shrestha, a student under 59 kg, and Pragya Pariyar, a student under 53 kg, won gold for Koshi . Nischal Dhami Tharu of Madhesh and Nishan Pyakurel of Karnali in the under 49 kg category won the gold in student single poomsae.

Kabaddi male/female semi-final match being held at the National Table Tennis Training Center in Lanchaur has been completed. Sudurpaschim will compete with Madhesh and Lumbini will compete with Koshi. Women's semi-finals will be between Lumbini and Bagmati and Sudurpaschim and Karnali.

On the first day at the karate hall in Satdobato, Wagmati won the most 4 golds. Koshi won 2 and Lumbini and Sudurpaschim won 1 gold each.
