The Nepali national cricket team, which played against Ireland 'A', is going to India for further preparation

Captain Rohit Paudel scored 33 runs. He hit 5 fours off 24 balls. Sandeep Zora was dismissed on the last ball of the innings. He scored 21 runs off 10 balls with 3 fours and 1 six. Vivek Yadav remained unbeaten on 7 runs off 8 balls.

Matthew Foster took 3 wickets and Ben White took 2 wickets for Ireland 'A'. However, both proved to be expensive. Foster spent 42 runs in 4 overs and White 40 runs. Ireland also got off to a great start in the

reply. Ross Adair and Stephen Daughney put on 42 runs in 4 overs to get the Irish team off to a good start. Dahni was dismissed by Sompal in the last ball of the fifth over. He scored 26 runs off 13 balls with 4 fours and 1 six.

One more series at home

After the match against Ireland 'A', Nepali national cricket team's international series at home ground has ended. The Nepali team will head there to play a triangular series involving the teams of Gujarat and Baroda in Vapi, India on Thursday.

Nepal is competing in Asia Cup Twenty20 Qualifiers in Oman next month and Twenty20 World Cup in America and West Indies in June. According to the Nepal Cricket Association's annual calendar, there is no international match in between. However, coach Monty Desai said that this season's international home series is not over yet.

'We are still preparing for one more home series before going to the Twenty20 World Cup, we are still trying to do that, but we are not in a position to say anything at the moment,' said Desai after the match against Ireland Wolves, 'if this is the case, our preparations will be better. He did not reveal what kind of team is coming to Nepal to play.

The Asia Cup Twenty20 qualifiers will be held in Oman from April 12 to 21. CAN said that efforts will be made to send the Nepali team to the West Indies and America for World Cup preparations throughout the month of May. On June 4, Nepal will start their journey in the Twenty20 World Cup by playing against the Netherlands. Ireland 'A' will play three Twenty20 and three 50 over matches with Nepal 'A'.
