The armed police have seized a vehicle with unclaimed goods from Butwal in Rupandehi. Armed Police Force, Nepal Security Base Butwal, Rupandehi, under the command of Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police (DSP) Sashiram Bharti, has recovered the vehicle along with its belongings.

On Friday morning at 9:30 AM, the police said that while checking the vehicle numbered Lu 2 Ch 6664 (Chhotahatti) for suspicion, the goods, the vehicle and the driver were taken into custody in the absence of a bill of lading.

The seized goods, vehicles and drivers were handed over to Bhairahawa Customs Office Belhia for necessary action. Armed Police Force Nepal No. 27 Gana H. Sq. Rupandehi Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police (DSP) Durga Bahadur Thapa informed.

Ladies sandal slippers 450 jors, jeans shoes 144 jors, 2 car tires and 1 vehicle used for transportation were seized with an estimated value of 16 lakh 4 thousand 620, said DSP Thapa.
