A criminal complaint has been registered with the police against nine people, including the outgoing ward president of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-14, Baldev Yadav. The family of the victim said that former ward chairman Baldev along with Ravin Yadav alias Shankar, 34, Phuleshwar Yadav, 44, Rajvesh Yadav alias Rojou, 31, Upnarayan Yadav, 46, Shankar Yadav, 42, Dhanpat Yadav, 65, 32 Dipesh Yadav and 62-year-old Jogilal alias Yogilal Yadav have filed a complaint at the local police office Rani. . Among them, Phuleshwar is under police custody.

On Thursday, Baldev is absconding after a complaint was registered at the local police office in Rani. The police suspect that he has gone to India.
