Unified Samajwadi's decision to go ahead with the long fight for Chief Minister in the Far West

The secretariat meeting of the party held at the central office in Alok Nagar on Wednesday decided to submit a claim to the provincial head for the post of chief minister with the support of the coalition parties led by Sodari.

Although it was agreed that the United Socialists will get the Chief Minister of Far West in the alliance, the United Socialists started trying to form an alternative alliance with the Congress after the coalition parties UML and Maoist Center supported Kailash Chaudhary as the Chief Minister. Party President Madhav Kumar Nepal had warned that he would leave the ruling alliance.

After that, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal agreed on the alliance and made a statement to give the chief ministership to the United Samajwadi Party in Far West. There are 4 members of the United Socialist Party in the Sudurpaschim Provincial Assembly. Sodari is going to submit his claim to the Chief Minister with the support of 10 MPs from UML, 11 including the Speaker of the Maoist Center, 2 from Civil Immunity and 1 independent MP.

Provincial Chief Minister Nazir Mian has given time till 5 pm on Thursday to submit the claim to the Chief Minister.
